Content Hub: Schedule Posts

Objective: Schedule content to publish at the best time for your specific audience.

Step 1: Navigate the Content Hub

  • Enter the Content Hub to view your content calendar.
  • Use the pagination arrows at the top-left to navigate through different dates.
  • Familiarize yourself with the default view, which may be set to a weekly or monthly overview.

Step 2: Customize Hub View

  • Locate the Hub controls in the top-right corner.
  • Toggle between Weekly and Monthly views to suit your planning preferences.
  • Filter your view by turning certain platforms on or off, depending on which content you wish to focus.

Step 3: Add Posts and Drafts

  • Use the "Add Post" feature to contribute new content to the Hub for team collaboration.
  • Access "Drafts" to review and manage unscheduled drafts by opening the Unscheduled Drafts tab.

Step 4: Schedule a Specific Time Slot

  • Click on any time slot in the Hub calendar to add a post for a specific day and time combination.
Click on any day+time combo to start scheduling a post at that time

Step 5: Preparing to Schedule

  • When scheduling a post, start by choosing your platform and the specific account for publishing.
  • At this stage, you have the option to mark the post as a "Draft" to prevent premature scheduling.
  • To get your accounts connected, check out the "Connect Social Accounts to TSV" workflow

Step 6: Platform-Specific Options

  • Depending on the platform (like Instagram), choose the type of post you want to schedule (e.g., Standard Post, IG Reel, IG Story).
  • These options will guide what content you can include in your post.

Step 7: Craft Your Post

  • Write your caption and upload media from your local computer to accompany your post.
Click on this + to upload a file for your post

Step 8: Set the Schedule

  • Select the posting time either by clicking on the calendar icon or by manually entering the desired time.
Click on the calendar to pick a time or type your time

Step 9: Confirm and Schedule

  • Finalize your post details and hit the schedule button to queue your content for the selected time.

Step 10: Post Analytics

  • After your post is published, you can review its performance directly in the Content Hub.
  • Use the analytics feature to gain insights or click "View Post" to see it live on the social media platform.

Step 11: Proceed to Reports

  • Now that your content is scheduled and published, it's time to measure its impact.
  • Head to the "Reports: See What's Performing" workflow to analyze your content's performance and refine your strategy.
